Mahindra has unveiled the 6-speed automatic variant of its Cheetah-inspired XUV500 in India at a base price of Rs 15.36 lakh (ex-showroom Navi Mumbai) for the W8 variant. The latest addition to the Indian car manufacturer’s repertoire will be available in its W8 and W10 models.
After much wait, Mahindra has finally lifted the lid over the automatic version of its popular SUV XUV500, which will feature a brand new 6-speed automatic gearbox.
It is mated to the 2.2-litre mHawk engine to produce 142PS of power at 3,750rpm along with 330Nm torque between 1,600 and 2,800rpm.
