Soyabeans – 200 gms
Rice – 100 gms
Onion – one small
Green chilli – one
Salt and blackpepper– according to taste
Soak both soya as well as rice overnight in water.
Grind them in the grinder after removing water.
Mix the grinded material with pepper, salt and finely chopped onion and chilli.
Give the shape of chaap and roast them in tandoor.
Serve the crispy soya chapp with garlic sauce or chutney.
