Onion ( cut finely ) : 2 cups
Yellow portion of egg : 2
Salt : as needed
Pepper powder : as needed
Parmesan sauce : 1 tbsp
Milk : 1½ cup
Maida : 1 tbsp
Chilli powder : ½ tsp
Coriander leaves ( cut finely ) : 2 tbsp
Boil onion with milk and boil till onion is soft.
Remove from the stove, blend in a mixie and strain.
Mix yellow of the egg with onion mix.
Add parmesan sauce, salt, pepper powder and chilli powder.
Cook on a low flame till thick.
Add coriander leaves and mix well.
Pour the sauce over vegetables and serve.
