Paneer Stuffed Kulcha

Ingredients

Wheat flour – 2 cups
Maida – 2 cups
Salt – as needed
Panneer ( grated ) – 1 cup
Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
Raisins – 1 tbsp
Cashew ( fried and powdered ) – 1/4 cup
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Chat masala – 1/2 tsp
Green chilli ( cut finely ) – 1
Oil or ghee – as needed

Method

1. Knead wheat flour, maida with salt and water to a dough.
2. Mix panneer, cashew, raisins, coriander leaves, garam masala, chat masala, chilli and salt.
3. Roll dough into chappathi, place the panneer filling and fold.
4. Heat a flat pan.
5. Add the kulcha, dribble ghee and remove when cooked.
