Rubbishing the fresh charges levelled by India Against Corruption (IAC) as “baseless” and unsubstantiated, the Congress on Tuesday hit back at Arvind Kejriwal, raising questions on the source of funds for his campaign.
Shortly after Kejriwal’s fresh attack on Congress president Sonia Gandhi’s son-in-law Robert Vadra, the ruling party questioned the genuineness of the documents released by him.
“Who is to determine the veracity of the documents presented by Kejriwal? I do not think this is any proof. None of the allegations are new. He has only repeated what he said last week. We condemn his effort to repeat his baseless allegations to seek publicity,” said party spokesperson Rashid Alvi.
